Reset a forgotten password

Account & security - Get back into your account with an emailed reset link.

  1. 1Open Forgot password from the sign-in page.
  2. 2Enter the email address of your account.
  3. 3Open the email we send and follow the link to choose a new password.
  • The link only works for a short time. If it has expired, request a new one.
  • No email? Check spam, and make sure you used the address you signed up with.
  • If you use two-factor sign-in you will still be asked for your code after the new password.
