- 1Go to Sign up and enter your name, email address and a password.
- 2Open the verification email we send you and follow the link inside.
- 3Once the link is confirmed you are taken into the platform. Until then, only the sign-in pages and public pages (like Terms and Privacy) are available.
The email didn't arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder, and search for "Cyber Ledger".
- On the verification screen, use the resend option and wait a couple of minutes between attempts.
- Make sure you typed the address correctly. If you didn't, sign up again with the right one.
- Temporary or disposable email addresses can't be used. If your address is rejected, try Gmail or a work or school address.
Still nothing after resending? Send us a ticket from the Help page and tell us the address you used.
