Every certification lists its format, requirements and retake rules on its own page. Read them before you start - they differ between certifications.
- Some exams run in a focused mode. The rules are shown at the start of an attempt, so read them first.
- Use a stable connection and a current browser, and close other tabs you don't need.
- If something goes wrong mid-attempt (power or connection loss), contact us straight away with the certification name and the time it happened.
- Written answers can be reviewed by an instructor, so results for those parts can take longer.
